6. Pay attention to lubrication before use and remove floating objects from the bed.
When moving or operating the roll bending forming machine, the operator must place it correctly. Hands and heads should be kept at a certain distance from the punching machine. Always pay attention to the punch action. Chatting with others is strictly prohibited.
When stamping or squeezing short workpieces, please use special tools and do not feed or take them away directly by hand.
When stamping or picking up long components, safety frames should be installed or other safety measures should be taken to avoid drilling.
When using the single punch of the roll bending forming machine, hands and feet should not be placed on the hand or foot brake. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to move once.
When two or more people are operating simultaneously, the personnel moving (stepping on) the gate must pay attention to the movement of the feeder, and it is prohibited to move (step on) the gate while picking.
12. Stop work, cut off power, wipe the machine, and organize the environment.
